Not only do Wilson and Kalinski emphasize top-notch service to the company's clients, they strive to provide it to their agents as well. "Our job is to give them with the best possible environment to work in," says Wilson.

As management, they keep abreast of industry trends and technology, and keep a well-maintained office. They also stay up to date on the actions of the Real Estate Commission to be sure the agents are doing things "by the book."
