Annual Fall Conference

This week the topic of discussion on RE/MAX of Boulder Radio was the planned programs for the Annual Fall Conference.  To disclose this important information, Duane Duggan hosted Chris Woods (the publisher of BizWest) and Jay Kalinski (the broker and Co-Owner of RE/MAX of Boulder).

For the 7th year in a row, RE/MAX of Boulder and the Boulder County Business Report will host a conference and forecast for real estate professionals, real estate investors and the general public.

The Forecast will consist of two sides, residential and commercial.  This year the speaker on the residential side will be DB Wilson.  Wilson will talk about the recent statistics as well as give an overview of what to expect in the coming years.  The commercial side will be helmed by Linda Gibbons reviewing great information for real estate investors. The Forecast will lead the conference this year, followed by the Keynote lunch which will include speaking for both residential and commercial topics.

After these two there are other informative seminars planned including “Breaking Ground”, “Keeping Up with Demand”, “Where is Retail Today”, and “Home-Building Update”. “Keeping Up with Demand” will be a particularly interesting topic as it deals with the shortage of inventory around Boulder.  There will be a panel of experts there to discuss strategies to get people to sell, how to sell quickly, how to get offers accepted, and other critical information for anyone joining the real estate market.  “Where is Retail Today” will address issues concerning new development projects that have been completed, are ongoing, and are in the planning stages.

The Annual Fall Conference will be held on November 20th in the Stadium Club at Folsom Field from 10am to about 5pm.  This conference is open to anyone who wishes to attend and will include important information for anyone getting involved or currently involved in real estate.  To sign up go to reconbouldervalley.com or to learn more about any of these topics please listen to RE/MAX of Boulder Radio on boulderco.com.
