BOULDER – RE/MAX of Boulder is pleased to introduce Jeanne Bellomy and Liz Pistentis to its wonderful team.
A graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with a degree in business administration, Jeanne Bellomy’s career has spanned more than 20 years in the financial services industry where she specialized in Institutional Fixed Income Sales and Trading. She was a vice president of Fixed Income Sales at Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns, senior VP and supervisory principal at BancAmerica Securities in Dallas, Texas, and held the position of senior government trader at Team Bank (formerly Texas American Bank) in Fort Worth, Texas.
In 2001, Jeanne moved to Florida. There she became an entrepreneur and owner of a women’s boutique on the Treasure Coast.
Prior to moving to Boulder, she was a broker associate at Bray Real Estate in Grand Junction, Colorado. Jeanne’s move to Boulder was prompted by an opportunity to work at RE/MAX of Boulder. The Boulder lifestyle with all of the wonderful outdoor activities was also a great incentive. She is delighted to be a part of the RE/MAX of Boulder family and share successes with the best in the business.
Although Liz Pistentis is not a Colorado native, her family has been calling Colorado home since 1995 when they moved to Boulder from the Chicago area. Liz graduated from Boulder High School, but having caught the political bug early she headed out to Washington DC to attend George Washington University where she earned a degree in political science. She spent five years as a fundraiser for the nonprofit Democratic Leadership Council. In 2008, she took a leave from her job to work in the Colorado headquarters of the Obama presidential campaign and it was then she knew making her way back to Colorado was imperative.
Liz made her return in 2010 to be the deputy finance director for then Mayor Hickenlooper’s campaign for governor. Prior to joining RE/MAX of Boulder, she spent the last few years working for the Colorado Tourism Office. Working on a statewide campaign and the tourism office took her on many adventures including attending the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, snowmobiling in Grand County, and visiting more breweries than she can keep track of. Knowing so many great places, activities and people that are here in Colorado, she’s excited to join the real estate business and help those who call Colorado home – or want to! She’s particularly pleased to join RE/MAX of Boulder with its impeccable record of trust and respect in the community.
